Right of Withdrawal As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at kiki.kila583@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please include your order number with the return.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized home décor items
- Sealed bedding, pillows, or hygiene-related products once opened
- Items that have been assembled or installed
Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
